Cancellation Policy or Early Move-Out

Confirmed bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable. If you move out earlier than the agreed term of your stay, you will still be responsible for the monthly payments in accordance with the agreement and may forfeit the deposit.

Please submit any cancellation or early move-out inquiry to for review. Extreme circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but no guarantees are made. In some rare instances, exemptions can be made, however, 30 days' notice is still required.

Yes! The price shown on our listings can be converted to the available currency of your choice. Rates will be charged in the property’s local currency unless otherwise indicated. An approximate currency exchange will be given when consulting the local exchange rate in the currency of your choice.

Your first month's rent (and deposit) is collected before you check in. If you renew your contract (lease), your payment would be collected 30 days from your check-in date for the next month's rent.

Yes, your income should be at least twice the monthly rent to be approved. Requirements may vary by property. We can also consider a co-signer.
