We love furry friends, but unfortunately, most of our properties don’t accept pets at this time. There are a few that do. Feel free to send us a message and we can double-check for you.

Cancellation Policy or Early Move-Out

Confirmed bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable. If you move out earlier than the agreed term of your stay, you will still be responsible for the monthly payments in accordance with the agreement and may forfeit the deposit.

Please submit any cancellation or early move-out inquiry to support@intlnursing.com for review. Extreme circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but no guarantees are made. In some rare instances, exemptions can be made, however, 30 days' notice is still required.

Cancellation policies are subject to change based on individual property requirements.

Yes! The price shown on our listings can be converted to the available currency of your choice. Rates will be charged in the property’s local currency unless otherwise indicated. An approximate currency exchange will be given when consulting the local exchange rate in the currency of your choice.

Please keep in mind that exchange rates can fluctuate at any time and may change before you finalize your booking.

Foreign transaction fees or other bank fees may apply. Consult with your bank/credit issuer for related questions. Anyplace is not responsible for additional charges that may be incurred.

Your first month's rent (and deposit) is collected before you check in. If you renew your contract (lease), your payment would be collected 30 days from your check-in date for the next month's rent.
Rent payments must be made in full, weekly payments are not permitted.

No credit history? We can still help! To apply for furnished accommodation, we need a copy of your visa, passport, and proof of income (Job/Internship offer letter, paycheck stubs, or a bank statement showing funds available could all be considered.)

Yes, your income should be at least twice the monthly rent to be approved. Requirements may vary by property. We can also consider a co-signer.
If you are a student we can consider parent/family member income and/or financial aid.
